Dr. Mann, by far is my favorite vet. She is professional yet has such a beautiful way of interacting with our pets. She’s detailed and thoroughly explains everything. Thank you for a great experience.

You can always get an appointment; the doctors are always thorough, polite, and good to my dogs; the onsite grooming is useful and the groomer pointed out an infection my dog had. The receptionists and the vet techs are great, too.

Our dog ate poison so we brought her in right away. We called ahead on our way and were put on the schedule immediately. We were seen within two minutes of arriving. The vet worked fast but kept us informed the whole time and our girl is doing well.

I didn’t have an appointment and they fit me in at the end of the day on a Friday for my dog who was limping. Her limp was so slight but the vet watched her walking towards the examination room and knew that was the problem and which leg it was!

Everyone is super friendly and loving towards my cat, Oliver Chowder. The vets take their time to listen patiently and explain everything, and are very caring and great at following up!

The vet tech was SO good with my cats, who were scared and nervous. 2. I was able to get an appointment without a long delay. When I had a follow-up question for the vet the day after my visit, my call was returned within a couple hours.

I have been going to Inwood Animal Clinic since I got my dog. I love Dr. Tsung she is wonderful and treats my dog nice. The staff is courteous and I never wait long when I go there. I live about an hour away and I have no intention of changing my Vet.

Our puppy was sick. We called and were squeezed in as an emergency visit. Even though we were squeezed in the wait was not that bad. You can tell the staff really care about the pets. Dr. S took the time to sit with us and explain everything.

Dr. Tsung is amazing! She is professional and genuinely kind both to my pets and to me! In the case of my puppy she has been lovely. She praises the progress my pup has made in behaving at the office and provides suggestions to facilitate growth.

1st time vet visit for our baby and we were made to feel right at home. I cant begin to describe how that lowered our stress level, we won't be taking our Feytality anywhere else for medical care! Thank you so much to the while staff!

Dr. Tsung and Dr. Accimé have both been so caring and attentive to our cat. Whether it's been a check up or something more serious, they've paid close attention to her needs (and ours) and I've left feeling confident that she is receiving great care.

My pet is difficult and fearful during vet visits. I have only had one instance where someone was not understanding of that. Except for that visit, I always feel like I am being heard and taken seriously and I feel like my pet is in good caring hands

Love Dr. Tsung. She is very professional and always calls back when I have a question. She is also very kind and understanding - you can see that she loves animals and loves being a vet. I wouldn't take my fur babies to anyone else.

We love Inwood Animal Clinic, our vets for our two fur kitties are Dr. Tsung and Dr. Shimel. We've always had a positive experience with both vets - I could write a dissertation on how wonderful they are. I always recommend IAC to other pet parents.
